Crusin' Cuisine - Steak Roast 2013

The BOA annual Fall Foliage Tour and Steak Roast took a detour this year. Chairman Karl Weber suggested a Steak Roast and Tour to his house on the Island. My first reaction was, “does Joan know about this”? I have to believe it was Joan’s idea!

Everyone brought a dish to pass and Karl did his magic on the grill making the perfect steak. We all enjoyed the camaraderie and watched the Bills do their magic on the field. This years Steak Roast was a big hit!! Thanks Karl and Joan for being gracious and hosting this year’s event in your beautiful home! We give the Fall Foliage Tour and Steak Roast four lug nuts!
